Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Please read our policy below for more information.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at Kyle@Purasqueeze.com or 402-979-6806. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide detailed information about the damage or defect and attach relevant photographs if possible. We will gladly replace the product or offer a refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
Order Accuracy
We take great care in preparing and packaging your orders to ensure accuracy. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the situation and make sure you receive the correct product.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin the preparation process to ensure the freshness of our juices. Therefore, we are unable to accept order cancellations or make changes to the order details. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds or returns on any products due to the limited shelf life of our cold-pressed juices.
